Celon Pharma S.A. received the final decision on the approval of the construction project and granting the Company a building permit for the construction of its Research and Development Centre located in Kazu\u0144 Nowy.
\nThe total cost of building and equipping the Research and Development Centre with specialised laboratory equipment (without taking into account the costs of land purchase incurred so far) is estimated at approx. PLN 77 million, of which PLN 35 million will come from the co-financing obtained by the Company. The remaining amount will be financed from own funds, including funds obtained from the issue of B series shares. It is anticipated that the Centre will be constructed and equipped in 2019.
\nThe Company\u2019s Research and Development Centre will be carrying out work on the search and development of new drugs and preparation of drugs to clinical trials. The Company’s objective is to double the current research and analytical potential and to increase employment in areas related to the research and development process to approx. 150 people.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
