{"id":17700,"date":"2020-06-18T11:39:21","date_gmt":"2020-06-18T11:39:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/celonpharma.com\/?p=17700"},"modified":"2020-06-18T11:39:40","modified_gmt":"2020-06-18T11:39:40","slug":"recruitment-for-the-position-of-scientistexpert-toxicology-preclinical-research-department-at-celon-pharma-s-a","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/celonpharma.com\/en\/recruitment-for-the-position-of-scientistexpert-toxicology-preclinical-research-department-at-celon-pharma-s-a\/","title":{"rendered":"Recruitment for the position of SCIENTIST\/EXPERT \u2013 Toxicology\u00a0\u2013 Preclinical Research Department at CELON PHARMA S.A."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In relation to our research projects carried out under the <em>Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020<\/em>, measures 1.1, 1.2 and 4.1 \u2013 we wish to announce recruitment for the position of SCIENTIST\/EXPERT in the Preclinical Research Department at Celon Pharma S.A.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What should the candidate offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>a university degree in the field of: toxicology, pharmacology, medicine, pharmacy, biology, biotechnology or related and documented scientific achievements in any of such fields, a doctoral degree is welcome<\/li>\n<li><strong>a minimum 3 years of experience in independent research (e.g., working on one&#8217;s doctoral thesis or working as a scientist\/specialist in academic institutions or in the pharmaceutical sector)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>knowledge of EMA and FDA guidelines for toxicological testing and preclinical development of chemical and biological drugs \u2013 the so-called IND-enabling testing package<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>knowledge of the basic guidelines for pre-clinical development of drugs and related issues as defined by the EMA and the FDA<\/li>\n<li>practical knowledge of the ADMET panel tests and related research methodologies, including: HPLC, MS\/MS, cell cultures, cytochrome tests \u2013 <em>in line with EMA\/FDA guidelines \u2013 these skills would be an asset<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>advanced oral and written<\/strong><strong> English language skills are required, other languages are welcome<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>strong organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>ability to prepare pre-clinical research documentation \u2013 inquiries to CROs, reports, abstracts, presentations<\/li>\n<li>ability to design and evaluate pre-clinical safety packages supporting clinical development programmes, including integrated toxicity risk assessment and pharmacological safety data in accordance with current guidelines (ICH, EMA, FDA).<\/li>\n<li>ability to design and manage pre-clinical studies (GLP and non-GLP) in order to submit them to relevant regulatory authorities, in particular concerning: IND-enabling toxicology studies.<\/li>\n<li>ability to actively cooperate with Polish institutions as well as foreign CROs (Contract Research Organisations) in the field of the contracted research.<\/li>\n<li>ability to work autonomously and collaborate with multidisciplinary research groups in target and team configuration<\/li>\n<li>participation in toxicological processes for innovative molecules will be an asset<\/li>\n<li>experience in working for a pharmaceutical company will be an asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>We offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>participation in innovative research projects concerning innovative drugs<\/li>\n<li>participation in projects with a pre-clinical research phase aimed at developing new drugs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, we offer:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>the possibility of working in a young, dynamic, interdisciplinary research team<\/li>\n<li>cooperation with renowned research institutions in Poland and worldwide,<\/li>\n<li>an opportunity for professional growth and skill improvement<\/li>\n<li>a stable work environment<\/li>\n<li>an attractive benefits package.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please send applications containing your CV and cover letter within 14 days from the date of publication of the advertisement, to: <a href=\"mailto:research@celonpharma.com\">research@celonpharma.com<\/a>.
