(the &#8220;Company&#8221;) informs that the Annual General Meeting of the Company (&#8220;AGM&#8221;) held on June 29, 2021 adopted a resolution on the distribution of the Company&#8217;s net profit for the financial year 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursuant to this resolution, the AGM has decided that the Company&#8217;s net profit for 2020 in the amount of PLN 21,494,827.07 is to be distributed as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a)&nbsp; PLN 18,344,827.07 is to be allocated to the Company\u2019s reserve capital,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) PLN 3,150,000.00 is to be paid out to shareholders as dividend, i.e. PLN 0.07 per share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">45,000,000 shares of the Company are covered by the dividend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Annual General Meeting of the Company set July 15, 2021 as the dividend record date and August 5, 2021 as the dividend payment date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resolution of the Annual General Meeting on the payment of the dividend<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":20,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[46],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-21741","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-current-reports"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
