As many as 323 students applied for an internship at Celon Pharma as part of the Win your Internship programme. Only three individuals were chosen from among all the candidates who reached the competition stage – they will carry out their internships this year, either in the company's Research and Development Centre or the Administration Department.
The candidates who submitted their applications to Celon Pharma S.A. were asked to prepare a competition task and participate in an interview.
The level of the competition tasks was very high. This made selecting the 3 best candidates extremely difficult. The best individuals will learn inside out how work in a pharmaceutical company looks like and will be actively engaged in the company's operational and R&D activity – said Jerzy Pieczykolan, PhD, Head of the Preclinical Research Department at Celon Pharma S.A.
Cooperation with students and graduates has always been an important element of our company's activity. We are open to young, ambitious employees who want to join us in the development of bold and innovative research projects. Celon Pharma has been working with the academic community for many years, we consult on curricula and frequently hold classes for students. We find it crucial that young scientists graduate with the feeling that working in a pharmaceutical company is an actual, attractive professional opportunity – adds Maciej Wieczorek, PhD, CEO of Celon Pharma S.A.
