Bogusław Galewski – Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Main School of Planning and Statistics (currently: Warsaw School of Economics [SGH]) in the Faculty of Production Economics, specializing in construction and investments. He has concluded post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Journalism of the University of Warsaw. From 1984 to 1986, he worked as an assistant at the Political Economy Department of the Main School of Planning and Statistics (currently: SGH).

From 1986 to 1992 he worked at the Scientific and Production Centre of Electronic Materials in Warsaw (Centrum Naukowo-Produkcyjne Materiałów Elektronicznych w Warszawie); initially as the head of the Planning Department and from 1989 to 1992, as the Financial Director and Chief Accountant. From 1992 to 1997 he worked at EVIP International Sp. o.o., a financial and business advisory company, as Partner/Director of the Corporate Finance Department. From the beginning of 1995 to mid-1997, he was simultaneously the Managing Director of EVIP Doradztwo Ekonomiczne Sp. z o.o., a financial advisory company. From July 1997 to mid-2002 he was Member of the Management Board and Director at BIG Finance Sp. z o.o., a financial advisory company in the corporate group of Bank Millennium S.A.). At the same time, from May 1998 to September 2004 he worked at Millennium Dom Maklerski S.A. (a brokerage house), previously known as Dom Maklerski BIG BG Sp. z o.o. as the Director of the Capital Market's Transactions Division. Since the beginning of 2006 to date, Bogusław Galewski has been Vice President of the Management Board of Mercurius Financial Advisors sp. z o.o. and since October 2005 to date he has also been Vice President of the Management Board of mSecurities Sp. z o.o. In addition, he conducts a business activity in the property development industry. He specializes in issues related to the capital and stock markets, corporate finance, company restructuring and M&A transactions.

He was a member of the supervisory boards of, among others, Black Red White S.A. (2008 – 2017), and Famur S.A. (2015 – 2017). Currently, he is the Supervisory Board member of Semeko S.A., a property development company with its seat in Gdynia (since 2015) and Rockbridge TFI S.A., an investment fund company (since mid-2017)

According to the submitted statement, Mr Bogusław Galewski meets the independence criteria set out in Article 129(3) of the Act of 11 May 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision, does not conduct an activity competitive to the Company's activity, is not a partner in any other competitive partnership or company, and does not participate in a competitive legal person as a member of its body. Mr Bogusław Galewski is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept under the Act on the Polish National Court Register.
