Celon Pharma S.A. Partners for the Commercialization of Reduzek (generics semaglutide)  in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries

Celon Pharma S.A. has entered into a License and Supply Agreement with Pharmalink Drug Store L.L.C. for the commercialization of Celon Pharma’s generic semaglutide products in selected markets of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. The partnership represents another step in the Company’s strategy to build an international commercial presence for its GLP-1 analogue portfolio.

Under the agreement, Pharmalink is granted exclusive rights, subject to the fulfillment of contractual obligations and applicable legal requirements, to register, market, distribute, promote, and sell Celon Pharma’s generic semaglutide products in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

Celon Pharma will remain responsible for product supply as well as support related to regulatory documentation and manufacturing processes.

The GCC region is strategically important for the development of high-quality pharmaceutical partnerships, particularly in therapeutic areas related to diabetes, obesity, and the long-term management of metabolic disorders.
