Current Report No. 1/2026 – Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026

Legal basis: Article 52(2)(1) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information.

Acting pursuant to § 84(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities …, the Management Board of Celon Pharma S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby announces the publication dates of periodic reports in 2026:

1. annual report for 2025 and consolidated annual report for 2025 – 22 April 2026;
2. extended consolidated report for Q1 2026 – 20 May 2026;
3. extended consolidated report for the first half of 2026 – 16 September 2026;
4. extended consolidated report for Q3 2026 – 18 November 2026.

The extended consolidated quarterly reports of Celon Pharma S.A. will include the quarterly financial information referred to in § 63(1) of the Regulation; therefore, pursuant to the cited provision of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports. Furthermore, the extended consolidated periodic report for the first half of 2026 of Celon Pharma S.A. will include a condensed interim financial statement and the audit firm’s review report on that statement; accordingly, pursuant to § 63(3) of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish a separate standalone report for the first half of 2026.
