Acting pursuant to Article 70 point 3 of the Act on Public Offering (...) the Management Board of Celon Pharma S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that the shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on June 22, 2023 were:

- Glatton sp. z o.o., holder of 30,027,531 shares in the Company, representing 45,027,531 votes, which constituted 68.2% of the total number of votes in the Company and 90.3% of votes at this Ordinary General Meeting,

- Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, holder of 2,622,334 shares in the Company, representing 2,622,334 votes, which constituted 4.0% of the total number of votes in the Company and 5.3% of votes at this Ordinary General Meeting.
