Shareholders Structure

(i) Glatton sp. z o.o. held 15,000,000 registered shares with preferential voting rights.

(ii) of which Generali OFE held 4,032,424 shares of the Company, representing 7.5% of its share capital and entitling it to exercise 4,032,424 votes at its general meeting, i.e. 5.9% of the total number of votes in the Company.

(iii) of which Tang Capital Partners, LP, after subscribing for series E shares (current report No. 15/2024) and after their registration with the National Court Register (KRS) on August 6, 2024 (current report No. 18/2024), held 2,700,000 shares of the Company, representing 5.0% of its share capital and entitling it to exercise 2,700,000 votes at its general meeting, i.e. 3.9% of the total number of votes in the Company.
